recipe: black bean deliciousness.

Back here I posted about my black bean cake fail.  The flavor was awesome, but because I didn't use an egg the cakes didn't hold together very well.  I used Emeril's recipe which you can find on this website.  It is really super easy and doesn't take much time!

 I didn't use his Essence or Seasoning because I don't own them, and the flavor was still fantastic.  Enjoy!
